TRASHed On The High Seas In San Francisco

Receiving plastic and biodegradable booty at the Treasure Island Music Festival is one of our favorite past times! Besides being the coolest festival north of Coachella, Treasure Island ticket holders love the TRASHed Recycling Store more than Oliver Twist loves a second helping of fish and chips. People in neon and Jackie O sunglasses recycling thousands of bottles/cans/cups is an incredible thing to witness. This year Global Inheritance joined the likes of MGMT, Passion Pit, Beirut, Grizzly Bear, Brazilian Girls, Dan Deacon and Girl Talk (among others) to inspire a sold out audience to move (picking up rouge bottles/cans is technically moving). Thank you to all the great people at Another Planet and Noise Pop for supporting the store and our amazing partners including Netflix, Camelbak, Fuel TV, Loomstate, Interscope Records and everyone we might of missed! If you’re mapping out your course for 2010, this is a festival that shouldn’t be missed.
See you next year.
